Wrench sessions

Wow, seems the North area is really active.  Does anyone in the Gulf Coast area do wrench sessions?  I live in Houston and riding a couple hours is reasonable, but so far they have been more like 4-5 hours away.

Is anyone interested in doing this in our area??  I would consider hosting one.  Can't promise to have the Magna expertise the North area seems to have, (see Greg Cothern), but have wrenched on plenty of bikes, and hot rods, over the years.  Rebuilt carbs many times and have a decent set of tools including a carb sync device.

Yes...there are wrench sessions held in the Coastal region.  Work schedules, etc seem to have conflicted with getting one scheduled down there while there have been a couple in the North Region and one in the Central region in the past 3 months.  I'm sure something will be scheduled soon in an area near you.  It would be great if you wanted to host a session.  You might even draw a couple of MOOTsters from other parts of the state

I think you just nominated yourself to throw one in your parts. Don't have to be an expert, everyone throws in there expert opinions while you do all the work! 

Post one up in a bit, as Trapper said, might pull some of us from other regions who would like a drive  down to your area.

DG, your area coordinator (Allen) is on his way here for this wrench session....  He has held one this year already and plans to hold more.

By all means if you wish to hold a session, get in contact with Allen or Tom (Coastal co-coordinator) and see when they can help/support you in hosting...  I will take with Allen for ya in a few when he gets here about it.

Sorry yep we hold wrench sessions when we can and if you want you are more than welcome to hold one if you need something done you are not comfortable with well let me know and I would be more than happy to hold a wrench session or you can contact me anytime and I will answer any questions you have!!
