Mapam replacement or fix

Does anyone have, or know of, someone with the left side Mapam forward controls that could be acquired?  Or does anyone have input on how to straighten out the mounting plate and shift arm, which were bent in the slide.  Not sure how, or if, I can straighten them out without cracking the chrome.

My son locked up the rear brake during a sudden stop, and laid it over on it's side, left.  Forward controls are bent, Hondaline guards are bent, bag, HL and tank are scratched up.  He's OK, low speed and geared up.
