I just noticed today that my rear fender is crooked, its slants downward on the left side if i look at it from the back. All the bolts are connected in the spots i dont get why it would be crooked. I hope i didnt buy a magna that has been wrecked and fixed enough to hide it. There is some scaping on the engine guard and mufflers on the right side. Previous onwer said the guy before him ran it into a curb. Im starting to believe i was lied to

Hitting or laying it on a curb can scratch up your pipes, fender is plastic so if something was leaned against in for a period of time in a hot garage it could distort it.

I apologize Gooch.  I am sure you have mentioned in other posts, but I do not know what model you have.  I suspect that the previous owner did more than run the bike against a curb.  Yours may have been laid down.  While that sounds bad, it doesn't necessarily indicate that there has been extensive damage.  Rather, its possible that one of the side rails or other mounting points has been bent, causing the fender to sit crooked.  These things may only appear subtly obvious.  While all of the bolts and things may be connected, compare the alignment of the various mounting points from one side to the other.  One side may be slightly forward or backward of the other, or perhaps a little closer to the tire than the other side.  My hope is that you can simply replace a part or two and get back to where you want to be.  Please let us know what you find.
