I had used the Cyclistic risers. Easy Install. No new hoses/lines (I kept stock) , but I did re-arrange the brake line slack for the right side to keep from being tight. Good quality finish that dressed up the bike.
VERY comfortable having added pullback to reduce arm reach on long hauls. Very satisfied with Dobies products.

I just recently put on a set of Honda shadow risers.  It required a longer brake line and re-routing of the throttle and clutch cables.  I like the look of the Shadow risers (same style as stock, but more rise and pullback) more then the Cyclistic versions (not a fan of the square, fluted look).  Plus they were cheaper.

They put my arms more "at ease" then the stockers, but I haven't taken a really long ride to validate long-term comfort yet.

LURKIN,    ARE THE RISERS YOU USED MORE RISE OR PULLBACK THAN THE CYCLEISTC. JUST WONDERING WHY YOU HAD TO GET LONGER BRAKE HOSE.  THANKS

Lurkin

Not sure if they have more or not, I assume so since I had to replace my line, and re-route the others.  I had replaced my stock brake line with a stock length SS brake line, and it did not have nearly enough length for the Shadow risers.  I went ahead and bought a +3 SS brake line to replace it.

I recently bought (from slydnbye) a Mustang seat, which put me a little further back and a little higher.  On advice from Greg C., I bought and installed the Cyclistic risers you refer to.  The stock risers were comfortable with the stock seat, which was not all that comfortable on long rides.

While I am not really enamored of the stlye, the installation was simple.  I didn't have to adjust any cables or anything, and they create a much more comfortable ride.  I bought these as opposed to others to avoid installation complications like Rod mentioned.  I can now ride further than my gas tank will allow, and still not be too stiff, sore, or tired.

I think I would like a little more pullback, as I find I ride mostly with my fingers just hooked over the grips to allow my shoulders to be a bit further back.  I may try a set of the Shadow risers at some point, to see which I like best, but I am not at all sorry I bought the Cyclistics.

The Cycle-istic risers do a great job without having to change out any cables...

I ordered 1 inch riser extensions for my Magna from http://twistedthrottle.com.
They have a nice clearcoat finish. Throttle Cable is a little tight, but OK and had to re-route my brake line, and it is now fine... A definate improvement with my Mustang seat.

I'm 5-11, 175 lbs., 31 inseam  and the Scootworks Risers on my bike are absolutely ideal for me; they put my arms in the perfect position and no cable changes were needed.  FYI.

Considering the riser picture is off of the same picture as the post photograph, I'd say it's pretty large!!!  :-P

That's cheating, I thought you had them installed and shooting us a photo!

I didn't "have them installed". I installed them, and this is a photo of me, and I cropped out a picture of the risers from the photograph...
