I may be adjusting carbs, I will find out when I get there.  I put shims and jets in during the November session.  I am getting some discolorization on front pipes.  could be running lean.  I will then be trying to remove the blue after that.

Talking

Waiting for someone else to do it

Asking when it's time to eat

When is Greg coming out of the house.

Telling Allen, your oiler is leaking....oil

Looking at bikes

Looking at Planes

Again, when is Greg coming out

:P :P

If (or did you) you let your bike run at high idle with the chock on for an extended period of time your headers will turn.

I hardly use the choke at all.

Well, I just put a brand new set of rebuilt carbs on my V65 Magna, and it's running like a champ.  However, the "noise" I was worried about seems to be getting a little louder, and it comes and goes, you can't hear it going down the road, only at low RPM.
I had another friend listen to it, and he thinks I need new cam chain tensioners?  He's a pretty experienced V-4 guy so I believe what he's saying, but I told him about the wrench session on the 10th, and he said adjusting the valves won't help if the tensioners are bad.  He said I should just order new ones from Dave Dodge and replace them at the same time!!!!  Anybody have this kind of mechanical aptitude?  I certainly don't!  I also don't want to waste time with a valve adjustment if that's not going to fix the problem.  This guy is an avid Honda V-4 restorer from Oklahoma, he came down over the weekend to pull a motor from one of my V65 Sabre parts bikes.   Thoughts?  Comments?  Suggestions?  Maybe I'm just SOL?
