risers

Does anyone know where I can get risers for my 86 V45? I can't find anything for the older bikes. Or how you can raise the bars if risers aren't available? Reason is I'm gonna be having a spare tank of mine made bigger and will meed the space. My drag bars give me more room but don't think it will be enough.
