Do you have any drawings of the chain guard, what will you make it out of? A few of us have talked about fabing up a chain guard that would extend and circle around more of the chain to reduce sling-off on the wheel.

I have not really put a design down on paper for the chain guard.  I have a picture in my mind and am going to work with a local place that will design it with CAD on the computer and will then laser cut it from aluminum.  The chain guard may end up being one of the most expensive items in this long list of mods I am doing.  If it is too expensive though, I will have to find another solution.  I have a DePretto Moto chain guard (new) that has been sitting in a box for over a year.  I was waiting to put it on when I got the bike painted, but that paint job plan has turned into a much larger project.  Right now, the plan is to fabricate a new chain guard.  If that proves too expensive, I can always fall back to the DePretto Moto chain guard.
