Stick on convex mirrors

I have been entertaining the idea of adding a couple of those small stick on convex mirrors to my main mirrors.  I have the stock magna mirrors and by measuring the glass surface around is ruffly 3x5 inches.  So I was thinking the 2" size ones would probably work ok.  Before I do anything I wanted to see if anyone has added these to their bike?  If you did how large did you get and where on the mirror did you place them (left, right ,center)?

I've got them on my ride. I use the smaller ones (1")? I put them in the lower left corner of the stock mirrors. They work pretty well as far as being able to see in the blind spots behind you.

I have a rectangle one that is working for me.

I prefer the rectangular ones, but they are usually all plastic, so I have a 1" on my right mirror on the left bottom corner (inner corner). I installed it because I had a buddy that rode with me a lot and when I led he usually rode in my blind spot where I couldn't see him..
It's been on there for a couple years.

I have the small one in the left hand corner of the left hand mirror, works great for me. I held both sizes up to the mirror, the 2" seemed more distracting to me.

I'm sure most of you know and practice this, but I have to say it:  No matter what field of view your mirror affords, do a HEAD CHECK!

Remember, a mirror should never say "yes" .......only "no".

This has been a reminder from your friend and fellow MOOT member.  I now return you to your regularly scheduled convex mirror thread.  :D

P.S.  I don't have any.  (convex mirrors)

Thanks for the replies.  I went ahead and installed one on the left hand side for now to see how to like it.
