Oil on spark plug threads

Hey guys- has anyone ever seen this? Swapped my plugs yesterday, mostly wanted to take a look at the old ones to see where I'm at on the carburation issue.

Anyway, the plugs on both front cylinders had oil on the threads- the electrodes were fine, but there was a lot of oil in the threads of the plug, the right front plug even had a little (maybe 1/2 teaspoon) oil sitting in the spark plug well. Again, the electrodes looked good, a dark chocolate brown, not wet or black...

Should I be concerned? The engine runns pretty well (except for "flat" spot at 5K RPM) and does not smoke-

I cleaned the oil and installed new plugs for now....

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Were they loose when you removed them?

Its typical.  The crank vents out the top thus some of it drains to the plug wells.
