JUST BOUGHT A 82 MAGNA 45 GOT ALOT OF SPARK BUT NO FUEL TO RIGHT SIDE CYLINDERS. PULLED PLUGS DRY AS A BONE HASE 6900 MILES SAT LONG TIME THANKS GUYS, AM NEW, FIRST BIKE COULD NOT PASS ON IT 800.00 NOT ON ROAD YET, I KNOW A BIT NOT A LOT,ALL HELP WECOME THANK YOU JOHN.

I don't have experience with early Magnas, but I would pull and overhaul the carbs, using the procedure detailed here:

Good luck with it.  You got it at a great price, so you have some room to spend some $$ to get it up to par.

Great looking bike where is the riders helmet? Lol and yea I would suspect the carbs are the problem.

Where are you located.. Maybe a Wrench day in your future, If you are close to some other MOOTsters..

Looks like the bike is in great shape on the outside.. Now you have to work on the inside!!!
It's not as bad as you think...

I'd be concerned with the tires though.. Even if they "look new", if they are more than 2 years old, I'd think about swapping them out as bike tires get "hard" over time.
