Time for new front brake pads

I like the feel of these EBC FA 196 Kevlar pads. I can lock up the front if I need to and yet they don't over do it if I grab quick in responce to a surprise.
Im at 40196 miles. Put 27K on her.

I have a lot of preventative maintenance I need to do to my magna this winter. Break her down and clean nooks and crannies.

Change oil and filter.
New front tire. Back tire still going..... (Love darkside)
Pull and clean chain and sprockets and inspect - replace
I think I need to replace the rear 4 rubber triangle shaped cushions in the hub. more play there than I remember.
Clean electrical connections and bulb sockets. reapply silicone bulb grease.

I'm looking at getting some hard saddle bags this Christmas. From the same source as my trunk.
