rated horse power

I've been looking through the internet trying to find out what my rated horse power is for my bike. In my search I've seen rateings any were from 74 to 87 horse power. Is there any way to tell what it is ? Are there any marking on the bike that will give me a clue? It's a 1999 Magna 750. As far as I can tell the chain and sprockets are still factory and have never been changed.
