OK so I have a fork brace on my magna and #1 Im not shure its going to fit the scheme of the bike as im going for the blacked out bagger look .really dont do alot of twisties .#2 there is some debate whether or not it is really  needed with the progressives .3rd gen by the way .  so im thinking of mabee selling it . so my question is  who makes this bugger  and is it production or a one off . has anyone seen one of these

The fork brace in his pictures is not a SuperBrace.  I have a SuperBrace on my 95 Magna and there are two major differences. First, the SuperBrace is rounded on the front and back (around each fork) while the one in the picture has a squared back and rounded front.  Second, "SuperBrace" is etched into the metal on mine (on the top of the front half).

Look into getting it powder coated or anodized depending on what kind of metal it is.
I used to get my paint ball markers anodized for like 50 bucks

you can anodize it black. It's a pretty involved but fun project

Looks like its going up for sale since there are.so.few around. And I really don't ride aggressive. Enough on the magna to need it. Mostly commuter freeway.
