Anyone have measurements on Mapam controls?

Since Mapam controls are few and far between these days, I was wondering if anyone has measurements on all the holes in the original Mapam controls?  My cousin has a machine shop and I might have him fabricate new mounting plates for forward controls, but I would like to know the distance between all the holes on the Mapam setup since it seems to be the favorite amongst us taller folk (I'm 6'3").  If I could get my hands on a blueprint or sketch, that would be even better   I'm too cheap to buy the Jardines or the setup from Refined Cycle.  Any help would be appreciated!
