MOOT MAG nine is in the books, all the bugs are cleaned off the motor, most of the camping stuff is back where it belongs, and now it's time to put out some ride reports on our activity.
Here's one about a short ride that Dave led for us:
We formed up for the short trip to the swinging bridge and to Lake Leatherwood.
Following Dave was, Lowell, Jesse, Brad then Karen and me two up on our Valk, The Dark Lady.
Just getting through Eureka Springs provides a lot of things to look at.

Just after crossing the bridge we found a couple there admiring the view and they were gracious enough to take a photo of our happy little band.  I thought they took one using our camera, but apparently not.  If anyone has the picture taken of all of us in front of the bridge, please post it or send it to me and I will cut it in here. Great shots on our ride route. I'd like to take some like that, but I can't shoot over my shoulder and drive at the same time.

Those "tar snakes" were a beast indeed. It felt like the wheels were coming off. It took me a while to get my head back on straight for riding.
