If they wanted to put a centerstand on the 3rd gen, I'm sure their engineers could have figured out how to do it.

As evidenced by the available aftermarket center stands.

Perhaps, but have you ever tried to lift an 800 lbs. motorcycle up on a center stand? I watched a guy do a Valk standard one time. It took him three attempts on a level garage floor. Of course the lighter Magnas are better candidates for this stand. I use mine occasionally on the V-65.
You are not paid for what you do, but rather for what you will do and when that time comes, you will be highly underpaid.

My goldwing has a center stand and with a little practice it can be raised fairly easy it also has a shaft drive go figure.

We could have made the Cycle-istiC centerstand so much easier to use if Honda had put the sidestand ANYWHERE ELSE.
If you can read this, thank a teacher. For reading it in English, thank a veteran.
Age is a state of mind, I'm way past 60, going on 24.

So, if I take a torch and cut off my side stand, can I mount yours in a way that makes it very easy to use?
