Rear Tire Opinion - Pleeze...

If I was draggin' a knee on a sports bike, then, yeah, I would want a rounded tire with tread up the side, but I can drag the pegs on either side on the Magna and still have plenty of traction.  I was dubious at first, but I have done it many times, and am confident in it.

I'm just curious to see your honest opinion of the handling when going back from car to m/c tire, especially in the twisties.

I still have my Yellow Magna and it has a M/C rear tire on it...
So I go back and forth...
I like my present "sonar" tire better than the Nankang only because it's sidewalls are a bit stiffer. The Nankang works fine, but I like the "feel" of the Sonar better.

I have run Dunlop, Avon, Metz on the rear of my Magna's... I've had them all slip on me in a tight hard acceleration turn like making a left out of a gas station crossing traffic.
I've NEVER had that issue with a car tire unless it was very well worn and more than 1.5 years old...

BTW.. Good luck finding "twisties" in Floriduh...!!!
