WTB 1982 VF45 Fuel tank

Found my newly bought 1982 VF45 fuel tank in holy/rusty condition when removing the paint so looking for replacement, not sure what other years fit.

You might want to check with Dave Dodge, the Magna specialist. He may have some parts lying around or be able to tell you the years that are interchangeable. I would imagine the tanks all the way up to '86 would work. I think that's the first generation lifespan.

Also you can create an account on Craigslist and set up a search alert for "magna" in the motorcycle parts section. You can have it watch more than one city and it will email you when someone lists something. That route will usually be cheaper than ebay.

And you may also just want to watch out for a parts bike on Craigslist.

I saw several on eBay there was even one in Canton Tx. for 90 bucks.
