trouble putting on the front wheel

Tighten the axle bolt down then the pinch bolts.

Greg, I did like the manual said. Put in the axle and tighten to torque specs then put the pinch bolt in finger tight. I pulled the wheel and held it while a friend torqued the pinch bolt down. I just did 20 or so miles and have noticed nothing. It may be okay and I just don't want to believe it.
