Title: K & N Air Fiter
Post by: dobrya1 on January 06, 2007, 11:49:12 PM
I just installed a K & N Air filter and I knew it would flow more air and
maybe have a midrange stall. Will the pilot screw adjustment alone help or
do I need to shim the needles. I have stock exhaust. 98 VF750C2. Stall
is not real bad.

I believe ALL 3rd generation Magna's benefit from the needle shims no matter what.
If it were me I would put in the shims (if exhaust is still stock) and adjust the pilot screws to 2 3/4 out from a light seat.
