Hello all!  Newbie here.  I just picked up a third gen Magna last week and ran accross this site looking for info on it.

It came with a full size windshield like I've seen on most 3rd gen Magnas.  Today I noticed this bike on ebay and I'm wondering if anyone knows who makes this or a similar 'pint sized' windshield?

I am not sure who makes that one but JC Whitney has a small one similar to that for about 65 dollars. Welcome to the forum.

That's the standard Hondaline shield.
