Title: Torque values.
Post by: merrow on January 18, 2008, 05:24:51 PM
Hello, I'm fiddle mike, posting on merrow's login.

I had fork seals replaced on her 1999 Magna and am ready to reassemble, but don't have a shop manual . I'd appreciate it if someone could post the torque values for the
triple clamp pinch bolts,
fender bolts,
brake caliper bracket,
axle nut  and pinch bolts.

Thanks in advance/
fm

Thanks for the info.  I broke the fork seal on a trip to Virginia back in September.  I rode through Virginia, North Carolina and back home on it.  I Just spent a few days in New Orleans and came back to find new seals and a new front tire on the Magna.
My husband is the Fiddle Mike from the VRCC only we are about 400 miles from Dallas in Corpus Christi.

Cool!  Corpus Christi/Aransas Pass is my favorite Texas coastal area.  Have they started work on y'alls new ship channel bridge yet?  That old one is quite impressive.  Tell Mike "Hi" from a fellow VRCC member "way up here" in Dallas! LOL
