Title: Progressive shocks
Post by: mainerider on April 16, 2008, 07:43:52 PM
Greetings,
I won our big office March Madness Pool (Thank you Chalmers, for that game-tying 3 pointer at the end of regulation that kept me alive ) and was thinking of spending some of it on Progressive shocks.  My question is...anyone here already using them and did they notice a big improvement over the OEMs? I notice the OEMs on my bike get overwhelmed quickly and will kick back on me when leaned over in a bumpy turn; nothing like losing that old tire loading for a moment to make things interesting... any feedback welcomed. Thanks.
Joe

Joe,
Installed Progressive Shocks on the rear of mt wife's bike about a year ago.  Don't know if that was because the old shocks were ka-put, but I do know the Progrssive shocks respond very well...

Thanks for the input; I'm going to give them a try since I'll just blow the money on something else anyway...
