What octane is recomended for an 84 v30? I know it has 11.00 to 1 compression is it worth it to use 93 octane?
If it has that kind of compression you might have to use the high dollar stuff. You can try 87, if it knocks move up to 89 than 93 if need be.
My Infinity states use 93 but I run 87 without issue. Doesn't knock 99 percent of the time, but this is a new fangled motor with sensors and such to prevent that.
