ok, heres the deal, i recently changed the oil in my 84 v65 went fron conventional oil to fully synthetic, mobil 1 4T, and now the clutch is slipping, didnt slip at all until the oil change, will it do any good to change back to regular oil, or should i just replace the clutch disc?
4T I think is a racing oil....anyway, I would first go back to what you were using for a comparison Than ask the question. The synthetic could be a little slipperier than your dino oil which could tell you whats to come, your clutch needing attention, hydraulics and or plates.
if the bottle has an energy saving on the API donut then it usually has friction modifiers.
