Title: Taillight/Turn signal Modulator
Post by: TLRam1 on October 19, 2008, 01:50:32 AM
Priority Plus Modulator 39.00 delivered (shipping included).

1. This makes your turn REAR turn signals running lights AND brake lights.

2. When traveling down the road your Rear Turn Signals are at 1/2 power (1/2 as bright).

3. When you apply the brakes the Rear Turn Signals flash (modulate) for a few seconds than are on Full Bright as extra brake lights.

4. Does not affect the operation on any of your Turn Signals.

5. Plug and Play I have the wires set up to plug into existing fittings (I squished the bullet fitting to work with stock wiring). Included extra fittings if needed (as in - you mess up  :P).

6. Where to put the device. I had it sitting upside down on top of the tool pouch area and made an extension for my battery strap out of a hanger so the strap would fit over it also.

7. All works as it should, complete with easy directions.

8. Why am I selling----- putting together my newer 01 Magna I am tidying it up a bit. The new ones I thought might be smaller in design and I made a quick decision as I was putting this on to check out my suspicion. I was correct, they had shrank somewhat and I bought the exact same one from Plano Honda for 76.00.

I can take a photo of where this hooks up at on my new one as this one is already disconnected. There is  a harness under the seat laying on the rear fender. All the connections are there.

Questions?

As a few have asked, this is not Magna (bike) specific.

This is where all the wiring is done on the Magna.

Here is what the back looks like with blinkers as running lights.

This is what it looks like when brake lights are on After both blinkers flash for a couple of seconds and blinkers are used as additional stop lights.
