I worked security at that show all 3 years. My wife's sister is head of the Half Moon Bay Chamber of Commerce. She did a lot of coordinating between the hotel, the show promoters, and the local police. The only real problem was that there was no parking availability. We parked cars for miles up and down Hwy 1, and buses continually shuttled people to and from their cars. The show itself, though, was fantastic. That little area where he first arrived, on the south side of the hotel, held about 2 million dollars worth of classics, including almost a dozen Brough Superiors. That was probably about half of all that still exist. Great show. Too bad they decided to not have it this year due to the economy. They originally had planned to have it in San Diego this year -- maybe next year instead.
