Title: 1983 Magna 750F
Post by: teebee on May 20, 2009, 03:55:10 PM
Hi. New to this site. Just replaced rear cyl head after replacing a couple of intake valves. My question is what position should the cam chain/camshafts  be in with the T 1-3 indexed on the mark? This would be looking at it from the left side of the engine (cyl #1) The Haynes manual is not real clear on this and I want to do it right. Any suggestions on this? Thanks from Michigan

Welcome! Nice to see another Interceptor in the group.

To answer your question the cam lobes should be facing toward each other.
