Greg & Kristi will have the statistics of attendance, etc., but those are only dry numbers.
Fantastic four days of ridin', wrenchin' and yakkin'. What a great group of folks!
If you didn't come, you missed a great time, and a great group of folks. Start planning NOW for next year.
I rode out this morning with Buddy, Brad, and Lowell. We parted at Johnson City, and I "took the long way home" -- got here about 10:30.
I appreciate all the care, prayers, and well wishes after my mishap from my fellow MOOTsters.
The question has been answered. Can Tindall outride his fuel tanks?
I want to tell you guys how great this last 4 days have been. Getting to see all of you again, and getting to meet the first time attendees, sharing whoppers, I mean stories, and hanging out, it dont get no better than that.
You guys that missed this one start now planning for next year.

Just got back to the thriving metropolis of Tecumseh OK!
Made it to my house in almost exactley 12 hours.
The relay / fuse problem performed flawlwsley all the way home and the shoulder held up fine too.
Thanks to everyone that assisted with the failure, monitored my progress afterwards.
Special thanks to Gregs (O and C) , and Allan for leading me back after the Bat show, and my flight mates, Brad, Lawrence, and Lowell for a fun ride back to I-35. We dropped Lawrence first Johnson City. The three-ship continued to Ft. Worth where Lowell broke formation to head for a cold one and some rest. Brad remained lead until I too left the formation at Ardmore OK for the nice country drive to Tecumseh. It was finally cool, the traffic was nonexistent and the contrast to the slab ride of I-35 was stunning.
All in all, an excellent ending to an excellent MOOT MAG! :D
Let's do it again!!! 8)
Trapper, Joseph and I made it to Belton where it was a "hunert" degrees in the shade at lunchtime!
It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces as well as new ones. We have enjoyed each MOOT MaG we've attended and look forward to the next gathering.
Who opened the oven door! As Trent(Buddy) stated our ride toward OK with Lawrence and Lowell was good, but with the traffic and heat on I35, it was more of a challenge until past Denton, where cloud cover cooled the air a little and the traffic thinned. Arrived home ~7:30. Great MM7! Rode 725 miles in three days at MM7. Great riding.

When you go to the album if you will login with the following information, you can comment on your picture. Would like for everyone to label their bike with your full name. I can maybe start on the directory for next year. You can comment on any of the photos also.
Thanks,

Who crashed the V65? Hope they are OK!!!!!!
It was a V45 I believe..
Rick Frankenberger had a mishap on 336, he has some injuries, but from last report it appears he will be OK after some mending time.
Got home yesterday about 3:30. Had a great time riding and visiting with every one at the meet. Thanks to all who helped me wrench on my bike. I did burn up another battery when I stopped in Falfurrias, but since I didn't have to deal with all the luggage this time and I was caring an extra battery I was able to change it and get back on the rode in about 15 minutes. Boy was it hot though!
For those that didn't attend, I sure hope you all can make the next one because it was a blast. I will try to post some pictures my girls took later this evening after I check to make sure I didn't burn up Greg's regulator he lent me off his show bike. What a great group we have the way the take care of each other and help each other out. :-P

Man something is wrong there. We know the regulator is good, worked fine on Gregs bike.
What exactly happened to the battery?
This time it is overcharging. The battery was swollen and HOT! Just got done checking the voltage on it and was above 17V at 3,000 rpms??? I am going to order 2 new ones on Wednesday when my friend is working at the Honda shop, one for me and one for Greg.

Check out a couple of the links on the thread "MOOT Mag support parts..". You might want to think about buying something other than Honda R/R.
Had a great time. Enjoyed the rides and sitting around and talking and hiking in the hill behind Koyote ranch.
We got a new camera for the trip, just got a memory card reader tonight to download the pictures. Pictures will be coming soon. Hopefully by this weekend.
I am still tired and catching up at work. I drank plenty of water so I never got dehydrated but the sun / heat really drained me.
Heres a link to the pictures my 20 year old daughter took. The videos of the bat cave are pretty cool and you can tell that it is indeed a family event. They had a great time as did I. A few pictures of bikes but not too many. Remember the girls took these.

Yes Jerry enjoyed the ride back, chatting and killing some time in Fredericksburg. It dawned on me why you are getting 50 Miles per gallon coming home. My bike and GPS said I was doing 65 MPH and eating lunch you commented we where doing 70 plus.
Now, Robert, why did you have to go and rain on his parade?
In 1964, living in Mountain View California, a fellow worker and friend bought a new VW "bug". He was bragging about the gas mileage, (which was comparable to my Harley...). After a couple weeks of this, a few of us got tired of it. We knew he filled it every Thursday night, because we got the "mileage report" on Fridays. So, we would go by his apartment and add a little gas every week, at various times. His mileage kept getting better and better! When we had pumped him up to 65 mpg, we decided it was time to end it, so we took out a bit the next week. There was a strange silence on Friday morning. When we asked about his gas mileage, which had dropped to about 18 mpg, he started into this wild, irrational explanation, at which point everyone broke up.
He was a good sport about the whole thing, and quit tracking his mileage, and for certain quit talking about it!!

I like the way you think. Great story.
No doubt, that is a hilarious prank. providing he has a working fuel gauge so he did not run out of gas.
Sounds like something my co-workers would try to do, except with me they just took a fork lift and put my car's rear axle on a cinder block to make me think I dropped the tranny.
It also sounds like I missed a great time. What's the word on #8 so I know when to start begging for time off?
