Will a V65 Clutch slave cylinder fit a 82 V45

Yes it will, the following models will fit your 82 Magna...

Part # = 22860-MB0-770

1983 -1986 1100 V65 Magna
1984 -1985 1100 V65 Sabre
1984 -1987 VF700C Magna
1984 -1985 VF700S Sabre
1983 VF750C V45 Magna
1983 VF750S V45 Sabre
