Title: Stripped brake arm bolt
Post by: ryjb on August 05, 2010, 06:16:48 PM
So in the process of attaching my rear brake arm to the cam I realized my flange bolt had been stripped.  Besides the obvious does anyone know if a hard ware store would be a good place to look?  Or should this be something I get the correct replacement for?  Thanks

Here is a picture of the bolt I stripped.  It is circled in red.

The bolt should arrive by Tues at the latest make sure when you put the brake arm on that you have it all the way on the cam so that the bolt can slide easily thur other wise it is easy to strip the bolt ask me how i know.
