Anybody planning on going to the motorcycle show at Dallas Convention Center this weekend?

Brad and I talked briefly about it after a ride earlier this week; we're not sure just yet.  I think I would appreciate the trip as well as visiting a vendor that does custom molded ear plugs that I can connect to my CB setup.  I'm not a big fan of the "wearing earplugs then put speakers in helmet" routine.  I'd rather just do both at once so to speak.

Which day might anyone be going?

I guess I missed my chance.. They were in Miami last week-end..
Only 285 miles - one way.. I could get down there, spend an hour or hour and a half and still make it back in the same day...

Brad,
Thanks again for the opportunity to head down with you.  I really enjoyed the opportunity to be there.  And also to get in a quick nap in your car on the way there and back....
Whataburger certainly was great too

Driving is usually the only time good convesrsation happens.  As for the IMS, Harlley had their electric cycle.  Very much a commuter ride.  Since Honda is staying with 2014 ST's and VFR 1200's, none were on display.  The new Interceptor is neat except the single side muffler.  Better with underseat twins.  New R-6 from Yamaha got rid of its underseat mufflers.  What's the world coming to!  For me, if I win the lottery, BMW 1200 RT would fit iin the garage.  Best non-Honda.
