hi all, im replacing the battery on my 96 MAGNA, i got rid of the bad one a while back.. Thing is i cant seem to find any battery info.. I need info as to the spec/label that is stuck to the battery.. My local garage

You can do a search on the forum there is listed in several places the battery you need..
I have bought several MotoBatt (http://www.motobatt.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=94&year=94-03&cc=750&manufacturer_id=16&category_id=63&model_id=111) Batteries (for a couple of bikes) and have been VERY happy with them.
The one for the Magna is sort of a universal battery (fits several bikes), but is pretty easy to adapt.
I saw in a post that Chad said it was a YTX14H-BS That would be Yuasa's #

The original OEM is a "Yuasa YTX12-BS"
