Sorry guys my kid lost my socket I use to loosen the nut and to torque it back on my rear axel to remove the rear tire. I know its bigger than a 19mm, but can someone tell me what mm is the nut for the rear axel so I can go and buy another socket. I have tried to find it in the service manual to no avail. I know its simple but just don't want to buy sockets I don't need. Thanks for your help in this matter.
27mm., at least for a 3rd gen Magna.
Man if I had a dollar for every. Socket I've lost!
Seriously though, you should have wrenches in your toolkit, if you still have that.
yeah I do have the wrenches but I use the socket when I torque it to spec. But thank you for responding. Im sorry but I meant to say I have a 1996 vf750c.
I use a 1 1/16th long box end wrench.

By the way, if it's an inch and a sixteeth long, how do you turn it?(http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-devil20.gif) (http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys.php)
