I give up What and where is the magical screw, bolt or whatever that I loosen to aim the headlight.
Looks easy, but it seems as if none of the bolts, pins etc allow a pivot,
Look up a 94 parts model and look at
#4 33103-MK7-671 SCREW, BEAM ADJUSTING
I don't now if that moves it up,down, sideways....but check it out.
This is probably covered in the service manual. Do you have a copy?
If not send me a private message.
I didn't find the adjustment procedure in the owners manual. And you've checked the shop manual. I have a VTX headlight on my Magna so the screws are in different spots, but I can tell you where the adjustment screws are now that I've taken a quick look at my original light.
They don't show up in the parts fiche photo that you posted, but the outside ring of metal that surrounds the glass bezel has two screw holes in it, one on each side. Those are the adjustment screws. Once will turn the headlight left/right and the other one up/down.
I pointed my Magna at a garage door at night from the end of the drive way and adjusted it that way. Someone told me not make it point directly to the center or just too the right to avoid having the hot spot point into oncoming traffic on the left.
