Old thread, but I'm curious about the performance of the Pirelli Night Dragon. I need to replace my Dunlop rear tire soon, and I can't decide yet between the Metzeler and Pirelli. I'm considering the Metzeler because of the price at 4WO|Truck Parts (http://4wheelonline.com) & Motorcycle.

Similar performance, both an improvement over the Dunlop.. I usually can get the Pirelli cheaper than a Metz, So you won't go wrong with either choice..

I was not a big fan of the Metzeler but sure it will do fine for you as it does for most.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up getting the Pirelli because of the many good reviews I saw on the net.
