Just wanting to know what most of you pack on long raod trips. Planing a trip from Vegas to seattle and back this summer.

Things I don't leave without:  Honda tool kit, multi-meter for those electrical gremlins, spare fuses, spare bulbs, electrical tape, bailing wire, duct tape, zip ties, tire plugger, and of course the ubiquitous bungees.

Other "extras" I carry just because I have room: Fire extinguisher, (that reminds me, I need to get a small 12v compressor), emergency water (couple of small bottles), MSR fuel bottles with extra fuel, siphon hose, and rope.

I'm sure that I am forgetting something.

By the way, on the duct tape you want to wrap ten feet or so of it around something instead of packing that big 'ol roll.  If you end up needing a whole roll you're probably not going to make it home anyway LOL.
