I just used my 2.250 ton floor jack to lift the rear tire
and clean, lube the chain. I put a small 2by4 on the jack
then put the jack on the right side of the swingarm just
behind the motor. This should work to remove the tire
as well. I took pictures but don't if I can post.
Bike is still on 3 points, the jack the side stand and
the front wheel. This worked for me hope it helps
