Title: Flasher replacement
Post by: AlanRoy on September 26, 2006, 03:58:08 PM
I want to replace the turn signal flasher on my 1983 Magna V45 with a cheap after market auto flasher.  Anybody have any recommendations as to source, part number, etc.?  Should I get a two terminal, or three, or four?  Probably three, right?  And which wire do I attach where?  The auto flashers are marked with X, L, and T, I think.  What do these mean?  Any recommendations for adapting the terminals?
Thanks

This is what I have heard works just fine.

3 terminal electronic flasher for 2 lamps, Tridon/Stant EP35

Green Wire to "-"
Green/White Wire to "+"
Gray Wire to "L"
