Stiff kick stand

i have a gen 3 magna and after a few days of riding my kick stand is so stiff i cant get it to kick out. i clean it pretty good and it comes out no problem after that but as i ride it, it gets stiffer. Its so bad i have to get off and jump on it. im starting to wonder if my kick stand is bent? does anyone else have this problem?

Oil-grease it, maybe it's rusting after you clean it.

Yep just what Terry said take it off and grease it up and you will have no problem with it

I couldn't kick mine up a few weeks ago it was was stiff.  I cleaned it and the spring and coated it with spray white lithium grease now it pops right up.

I clean it up and spray some lube on it every time I clean my chain.  Never had any problems after I started doing that.
