Vance & Hines Repacking

Has anyone got a "how to" for repacking the Vance & Hines exhaust?

I understand that it's not terribly difficult, but I'm about to re-wrap my pipes using the Vance & Hines kit but I may have got the wrong kit and am a little uncertain. Does anyone know the size of the correct kit?

Any tips would be appreciated.
