84 Magna Exhaust ?

I have a 84 Magna 700  it has a Kerker Exhaust a Previous owner put on it, I don't mind the noise, but it has a low end hesitation,   Not sure if it's the exhaust or Dirty jets, or maybe it should of been re jetted,   

I'm thinking of possibly going back to a stock exhaust does anyone have any suggestions oh switching back or the Jetting
