I sold the 98 Magna, but promise to try to find another one.

Greg, how long is the ''Grace period'' before one is ejected off the Moot group, if one is not an actual Mag owner? <g>

However, I think I should have an extention of time, because I am still the proud owner of a Mighty Valk.

It appears, that a percent of Mootsters do possess Valkyries, and hopefully that will surfice, till' I again qualify as a bonified Moot Man, by possibly finding another Magna. (chuckle)

It might take a spell, because I am in  the market for a $1200 V65, in mint condition.(kiddin')

We'll see, huh?     willie TKana.

I propose that a Valk is two Magnas for the purpose of this discussion.  I guess I have four now.  I hope they decide to keep us around anywho.

umm............good luck on the mint v65 for $1200 thing.  <grin>

You find a perfect V65 for 1200 and I'll give you a couple extra hundred for it the moment you do. Guess I better quit daydreaming and get back to it.

I certainly am.   At the time, I dont need two motorcycles.

I've had three a coupla' times in the last 3 years.

Whats sorta funny, Greg.  When I made the deal, and he came back the next morning to get the 98Mag.   Guess what?
I made out a list of the characteristics of the Bike.

How to adjust the chain, I gave him the remainder of some ''Chain  Wax'', showed him how to start it. etc.
I gave him a luggage pack, I told him how old the battery was, and where to buy one cheaper than at Honda,  blah-blah-blah.

Honey told me, shoot. somebody would think you'd sold him your favorite Horse. ;>/)

But, I liked that Bike, and wanted him to treat it right. heh-heh-

Does he talk about me the way I talk about him? LOL  :D

No I'm over in Frisco north of Dallas. I first met Charles at a wrench session over at Greg's and been friends ever since. That was the same day Curtis was picking a fight with him.  :D Not really but Charles or Curtis will have to tell you that funny story.

The funniest part of the whole thing is that Bob and I left to get Chris a clutch cable right after Charles and my "conversation".  Both Charles and myself had a couple of hours to think "man I hope I didn't come off wrong with that guy".  And both of use were thinking just that!  No worries though, Charles is a good guy and has a heck of a sense of humor!

The best way to get the "dirty details" of our exchange is to attend a wrench session.  The subject never fails to come up for some reason!!!
