does anyone know who makes one off these for the 94 magna or if they even do?

They don't make them for a Magna because they won't work with it's intake system at all.  However, I have seen a couple of guys find a way to mount them on anyway.  You can buy a non functioning Hypercharger from Kuryakyn (they do sell them) and find a way to mount it.  One guy put one on each side of a '88 Super and even put vacuum hoses on to open the butterflies.  Pretty damn cool.
