Tachometer troubles

Is the tachometer on a 97 magna serviceable?  The three "lenses" along the bottom have all fallen down.  I have taken the tach off the bike, but it seems that I would have to cut it apart to get to the inside?  Any ideas on how one would glue the lenses back into place? 
I thought that they might just be pressed into place, so I took a long dowel and tried to shove them back into place, but they won't stay...

I had a slightly damaged tach that the same thing happened to.  I dropped a small amount of super glue down into the holes and took a long screwdriver and pushed the lenses back into place.  Seemed to work ok.  Be careful with the amount of super glue and not get it on the front side of the lenses.  It will turn white and look bad.
