I installed the DD brake line today and I'm very pleased with how much firmer the front brake is now.  I didn't realize just how weak the OEM flexi-hose made the front brake feel until going with this upgrade.  Inexpensive, quick and easy job; if you haven't done it yet I would urge you to.  Having a front brake that works is a real confidence booster  :-)

Now you need to cultivate your habit of looking in the rear view mirror when you need to make a quick stop.  Most cages cannot stop as quickly as you can with this brake system... :shock:

Good point; I do the 360 scan anyway but a little extra diligence never hurts. It;s scary out there sometimes; my favorite line, wish I coulf take credit for it...
