Front Fork Rebuild

Well I guess cleaning and putting 15wt oil in my front forks has helped the seal along it's path to dying hehehehehe. When Greg and I drained the fluid it had some shiney stuff floating around in there I guess the ?? is do I rebuild and what does the parts list entail besides the seals what else needs to be replaced I looked at part fiche do I need a inner and outer bushing and do I need to replace the circlip I know I have to replace the seals both of them but what internals need to be replaced.
Also plan on if the money allows to have the legs chromed do I need to tell the chromer anything so they don't ruin them hehehehehehe
