Charging issue....

Mod completed...
They will also need to move the grommets (the sealing rubber where the wires go thru the case) up about 3/4" also... I was not able to add the bracket that covers the wires thru the channel inside the case...
I will inform them tomorrow...
All three covers are back on and wires threaded up to under the seat... I'll finish tomorrow, and see if things work...

Got the bike 90% done last night, and it's charging!!!
I few more odds and ends tonight, and should be back on the road...

Good news.. bike is back together and charging..
Bad news.. bike is breaking up like the rev limiter is kicking in when I accelerate hard ..

Found the issue...
This bikes air intake is under the seat
The regulator/Stator connectors are just in front of the intake.
There is a large rubber boot that you place over the connectors.
The boot fell off and was laying on top of the intake, starving the motor under hard acceleration.
I zip tied the boot on and all is well...
