Pull the bulb out and check to see if you have power getting to the socket. If you do check the contact points. Some time the contact point will get worn from vibration to the point no cantact can be made.

Everybody already kids me about how cheap I am so I might as well give them some more ammunition...  I have had bulbs do that so I added some solder on the bulb contacts for extension.  In fact one of them is still in the V-65 that way.
