Need one fork anchor for Memphis Shades windshield

I rode with my Memphis Shades windshield off of the bike too long and ended up loosing the cushion portion of one of the mounting hardware fork anchors.  I have attached a photo illustrating what I am referring to.  I was wondering if anybody had a spare fork anchor they would be willing to part with.

Makes a difference when items are mfg in the USA.

People call about needing a missing part they lost or a small screw for a headset. The company in the USA does not have those parts any longer, all they have are brand new full cases from overseas that everyone receives, they actually have to dissemble a new product to get the part you need.

When most of the product was mfg here, the person could walk out in the assembly plant and pick up a part needed to ship out to you.
